Ohh... that rising fast thru the conservative think tanks... yeah that thing... the reason the right started talking about grooming is because that's what they've been doing for ages...
It's what was done with Charlie Kirk, what was done (IMNSHO) with Jay Bhattacharya.
One of the concerning things mentioned on Kai Ryssdahl's MarketPlace is the fact that a lot of data is collected from businesses who voluntarily participate. And the participation is now way down... like 35%... making the data garnered not really sufficient for making good decisions.
Not sure how this is gonna play out... but I realized, just starting to read Jonathan Stea, Ph.D.'s "Mind the Science", about pseudoscience... and how much is built on feelgoods and intuitions (my words not his) and such.
I guess Trump, et. al. believe in some sort of unmoored (and non-deterministic) way of thinking about things. I'm not sure to what degree Heritage & Antoni are infected with some of the bizarre religion calling itself Christianity in this country... but is it much more than how we view voodoo?
Which reminds me. Factoid. Apparently Trump has a replica of the Ark of the Covenant somewhere in his housings... would love to know what he tells "his most valued guests" about it...

He also has a book of Hitler speeches that he used to keep (maybe still does) by his bedside.
I wonder how this is working out... no news since the news.
