Trump Calls Up National Guard to Shield Federal Immigration Operations Amid Rising Violence
President Trump has authorized the deployment of at least 2,000 National Guard troops to protect Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) personnel and federal property from violent protests and disorder.
This move comes after a string of incidents threatening the safety of federal agents and infrastructure involved in enforcing (illegal, probably) immigration laws.
The memorandum outlines that these National Guard units, called into Federal service under 10 U.S.C. 12406, will serve for up to 60 days or longer as needed. The deployment targets locations currently experiencing or expected to face protests that hinder the enforcement of federal immigration law. The Secretary of Defense is given authority to coordinate with state governors and deploy additional active-duty forces if necessary.
This escalation reflects the administration’s view that the violent demonstrations amount to rebellion against the government’s authority. Military personnel assigned will carry out protective actions deemed necessary by the Defense Secretary (you know, the lush) to ensure federal personnel and property are secure. Prior consultation with the Attorney General and Homeland Security Secretary is required before withdrawing troops.

Miguel Uribe Turbay, a rising presidential candidate in Colombia, was shot at close range during a campaign event in Bogota and is now fighting for his life.
The 39-year-old senator was attacked by armed assailants while speaking with supporters in a park, with reports indicating he was shot in the head or back. Authorities have detained a teenager suspected of involvement in the shooting.
Uribe’s wife took to social media, pleading for prayers as he underwent emergency neurosurgery. Israeli Forces Seize Greta Thunberg’s Gaza-Bound Boat in Blockade Standoff
Israeli naval forces intercepted and took control of the boat carrying Swedish activist Greta Thunberg as it attempted to break the naval blockade of Gaza.
The British-flagged vessel, operated by the pro-Palestinian Freedom Flotilla Coalition, aimed to deliver symbolic humanitarian aid and spotlight the crisis in Gaza.
Thunberg posted a video before the seizure, saying, “If you see this video, we have been intercepted and kidnapped in international waters by Israeli occupational forces.”

This much I can flat out GUARANTEE and that is there will be a few Marines who are maga! The rest of the U.S. Marines are fighting their thoughts and not wanting to do this.
